I obsessively read and watch any yuri manga, light novels, or anime, plus historical Class S works, I can get my hands on. My favorite works often either draw from that tradition, or else feature some sort of “more than friends, less than lovers” type of experience. Though I like plenty of other stuff too.

My very favorite series is Maria-sama ga Miteru (Maria Watches Over Us) - and the anime and light novels are both excellent. Most of the volumes are fan translated at Baka-tsuki - Maria-sama ga Miteru
